September Boxed Lunch and Board Voting

In Person Voting Opportunity

Colorado Springs Country Club requests the following protocol:

1.  Members use the back parking lot near the tennis courts so they do not enter the main building.

2.  Members must wear masks even though it will be an outside setting on the patio (Inside will be available as well)

4.  Membership voting will also take place by email, for those not wanting to attend the event.

 Menu options and times are RESTRICTED due to COVID Protocols.

There is a maximum of 10 persons for each 15 minute time slot.  Lunch selection registrations are first come, first served. There will be NO “substitutions”, so plan your attendance with others before registering, so that all can order the boxed lunch they want at any given time slot.

For members are not comfortable meeting in person, we will be sending out the vote via email on September 14 to members who have not registered for the in-person portion of the meeting.  Those ballots will have to be sent back to Robert Werthman before 1pm on the 15th in order to be counted–that will be on the email from Robert Werthman with the ballot.

 

Remember registration ends at midnight on September 7, 2020. 

Cancellations in writing must be received by the Treasurer only, no later than midnight September 6, 2020  Checks and cash always welcome at the door, but payment prior to event is ENCOURAGED.  Credit/debit can only be used on line. 

There is no late registration or at the door, because of COVID restrictions.   A Registration means a lunch will be prepared for you, that the Chapter has to pay for.  Therefore payment is expected at time of service.
