Message from the President
Dear Colorado Springs NARPM Members, Affiliates and Guests:
It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce that our 14th Annual Landlord Symposium has been canceled for 2020. As you are all very aware, Covid-19 is not going away, and the State of Colorado has not re-opened fully. This means that not all speakers are available to present the day of the Landlord Symposium.
Jennifer, our Treasurer, is working on refunds of all funds. Please do not reach out to her, she is processing all of the refunds and will be mailing out checks in the next few weeks. If you paid via PayPal, you should receive your refund via PayPal as well. This is a large amount of refunds, so please be patient with her. If you have not received your refund by the middle of August, please reach out to a board member and we will follow up.
We are still offering NARPM 101: The Basics of Property Management, virtually, in September. This class has been broken into two parts: 4.5 hours Monday, September 21 and 4.5 hours Tuesday, September 22. Please visit www.narpm.org to register for the class.
We take the safety and health of all our members very seriously and will continue to monitor this situation and provide updates as they are available. We thank you for your patience and support. Please keep checking your emails for any updates Colorado Springs NARPM.
We are all in this together, just as we always have been in less uncertain times. We have forged relationships that benefit all of us, and those relationships are what form the backbone of our progress through this situation. Remember a keystone of the NARPM philosophy is to ask for help. Stay safe, make decisions that protect you and others, and we will see you again as a group when it is prudent to do so.Karen Santee, President, CSNARPM
